Cette maison neuve de 40 m2 est entourée de grands espaces extérieurs, avec chaises longues et table pour manger aussi dehors, sous la pergola ombragée de 18 mètres carrés ou dans le jardin privatif où vous pouvez savourer les fruits de saison : mandarines, oranges, citrons, grenades... Un barbecue est aussi à votre disposition, ainsi que des plantes aromatiques et quelques surprises pour vos repas.

Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Gorgeous stone Cottage by the sea.

This unique stone cottage is built on a 2,5 acres estate, filled with olive and palm trees and is located just 200 m from the secluded east beach of Agia Galini. The cottage is 42sqm with a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Air-condition and Wi-Fi are also available as well as an external shower. Outside the cottage, besides the beautiful olive trees, herbs & plants, there is a spacious sitting area under an enormous olive tree.

Sweet little stonehouse in a quiet area of Kamilari, and with a beautiful view to the sea, the Messara and to Psiloritis. The house is surrounded by olivetrees and a garden on the front. It has a nice terrace with a pergola, and you can also enter the roof where the view is fantastic. The house has a separately bedroom with a double bed and closets. It has an open kitchen/living area with a couch that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom has a washingmachine.
