We are 5 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park, and 10 minutes from Canyon Grill, Mountain Top Cafe, and groceries in Trenton. We are 10 minutes from Southeast Lineman Training School. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

No large parties or gatherings are allowed.

This cottage overlooks Nickajack lake and is a perfect place to relax! Located outside of Chattanooga, just one mile off exit 161 on I-24. This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)
