The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Our ground floor studio apartment is conveniently located to Amersham town centre with easy access to London via the Metropolitan and Chiltern lines. The apartment is attached to our house with its own private entrance. It consists of a fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable, cosy bedroom and its own secluded patio. Located in a quiet Close, with footpath access to Amersham town centre with numerous shops and restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Old Amersham.

The Courtyard is a luxury, completely self contained apartment, safe and secure with its own private entrance. The king size bedroom and seating area overlook our courtyard in leafy Long Ditton. Close to Surbiton with trains direct to London Waterloo in just 16 minutes. Access to the suite is from a key safe. Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

"The Annexe" is adjacent to our house and is located in Sunbury in a quiet private location overlooking an urban city farm. It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park.
