Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Nadia's house, Pićan (Istria)

Well-kept, newly renovated house. Large living room with fireplace, two bedrooms with separate air conditioning and large terrace with outdoor table and barbecue. WIFI, satellite TV, two sofas in the living room and a portable crib. Located in Pićan, the former seat of a historic diocese. Peaceful, quiet area in central Istria is a perfect place to relax and enjoy free time with family and friends. It is also a good starting point to reach Rovinj, Pula, Opatija, Poreč or Rabac.

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. Please contact me prior reservation if you have larger pets.

Guests can use the communal open summer kitchen with terrace (stove, grill, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) and TV to prepare food. Use of shared garden with deckchairs. WiFi is available in the bungalow. Guests are welcome to bring one dog only, subject to a fee of €15 per night.

A great place for lovers of seaside holidays and active travelers.The nearest cities are Trieste, Koper, Portoroz, Piran, Umag. You can visit all the important places by staying at Villa Ines! Parenzana Cycling Route is nearby. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking.

La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.

There is also a free parking lot next to the house for 2 cars, but you won't need it, as the nearby beach under the house is only a few minutes' walk away.

Our B&B is located in a quiet area but at the same time is 15 minutes from the center of Trieste, also close to the seaside and the beautiful Val rosandra, where you can go for a walk along the river. we have one room and we called "Green Mind" because here you can relax your body and soul in a green peacefu l place.
