What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Enjoy the great outdoors, relaxing on the porch facing the lake or sit on the dock and watch some of the most incredible sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage. Supplied Kayaks and Canoe get you floating on the 320 acre lake where you can fish and swim. This little 700 square foot cabin sits on 8 private acres only with the main house next to it. Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

The view from this cabin is beautiful! Either sit on the living room couch or on the deck and enjoy the lovely view of the lake. It is situated on a level, wooded lot that is a great getaway. Perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, etc. We have a paddle boat and a flat bottom boat with a trolling motor for guests to use. In close vicinity to hiking, off-roading, paragliding, rock climbing and many other activities. Deerhead Lake in Dunlap is 55 mins from Chattanooga, TN.

Come stay in our favorite Gamekeeper's Hut at Fable Realm! The Keeper of Keys' Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!
