When you are ready to take a break from it all, escape to the mountains and relax in your 400 sq ft attached but private studio. Lounge by the pool during the day, and unwind in the hot tub (heating fee) with your favorite glass of wine from one of the many nearby wineries. When you are ready to mingle again, Carmel Valley Village is 45 min away, with Carmel by the Sea and Monterey being another 15 min. For the adventurous, Arroyo Seco campground is less than 10 min; and Pinnacles NP is 45 min.

Take it easy in this cozy cabin retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains. 30 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and beaches. This charming 400 sq. ft. studio is the perfect setting to disconnect from city life and immerse yourself in the redwoods. The cabin features a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & BBQ. The private yard includes a hot tub, propane firepit and hammock to fully relax and unwind. Please note the cabin is on a one way, windy road. There is WiFi but no TV or A/C. SCC Permit# 241449

Barlocker's Rustling Oaks Ranch - The Studio

The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway. The ranch studio apartment includes two twin beds, a full bath, and half kitchen. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval from the on-site manager. No pets are to be left unattended. Relax, commune with the animals, birdwatch, hike, sit by a campfire, or whatever suits you.

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
