This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Ideally located between Split and Trogir and close to shops, beaches, restaurants, mountain and local attractions.

A large terrace offers a jacuzzi, table tennis and dining. Dishwasher, an ice maker, air conditioning, a clothes washer, three televisions and two parking spaces for guests. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. Apartmant is fully equipped with bed linens, big and medium towels, a lot of dishes and spices.
