Private room for 1 person in an apt. in Solna. My building just been renovated and is looking very nice and fresh. Quiet and safe area, 24/7. Ideal 4 tourists, business people and Karolinska Institute visitors. My place is special because it looks like a home and not like a showroom. Perfect for you that need a place to cook simple meals, shower and sleep. 6 min walk to the metro st or 1 min to the bus stop. 7 min. trip to Stockholm downtown on the Blue Line T-bana Very near to KI/KS.

Lakeside: Private room and bath - garden seating

Rent a private room in our guest house just outside central Stockholm. It has its own entrance, a fold out double bed (160 cm wide), a small bathroom with a shower, a desk, Wi-Fi and a nice view towards the lakeside promenade of Karlbergs strand. The room has no kitchen. But it has a coffee machine, water boiler, and tiny 4 liter fridge for milk, 33cl cans, etc. We provide coffee and tea. Parking in our driveway for an extra 100 SEK per night. Access to private dock for swimming in summer

The house is beautifully located near recreational areas, public transportation (both Metro and Commuter trains) and only ten minutes by car to central Stockholm.

Vi har flyttat över vårt konto ifrån vårt semesterboende så recensionerna är inte helt korrekta då dom följt med ifrån vårt landställe i skärgården, men vi lovar ett varmt och välkomnande hem om ni besöker oss.

Free parking 2 reserved spaces. Wi-Fi, Netflix, HBO+, Small local food shop. 10 min by car to major shopping centers. 20 min by car to Drottningholm royal castle.

Good to know: The shower is of a simpler standard and equipped with a smaller shower head (sometimes called the “Stockholm shower”).
