NO DOGS. Enjoy ocean views from every room in this one-bedroom apartment with a loft. You can comfortably sleep 5–there’s a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen bed that can be curtained off in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft space above. Park in your own spot and walk 0.6 miles to Leadbetter beach or enjoy all of the restaurants at the harbor. Watch the sunset from the private patio while sipping a glass of Santa Barbara Syrah.

The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more. You can enjoy sitting outside and relaxing or visit nearby Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez. Please, NO PETS.
