Conker Lodge is nestled between the two villages, a charming self contained 1 large double bedroom lodge with private garden in semi rural surroundings. Conker Lodge is 10 min walk to The Old Mill which is sat on the banks of the scenic River Stour and its many leisure facilities which include river walks, cycling routes, fishing. Situated in the quite village of Bransgore on the edge of the New Forest this cosy one bedroom annex is ideally located to explore the new forest and surrounding areas, As well as being fully equipped the property also has a private court yard garden fully fenced so it is dog friendly. The village has a good variety of shops and 3 pubs all within walking distance that all serve good food. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Countryside Annexe

Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach, so great for exploring. We live on a popular cycle route (2). The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room, lounge area, kitchenette equipped with kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues.
