First, the place itself is on a very quiet street in a historic building. Around the corner is a small grocery, a deli selling gourmet items, and a great little tapas bar. I stayed while attending a language school in the center of the old town, which was a 5-minute walk away. The appliances are all new and work well. The apartment had everything I needed to enjoy my 3-week stay. The host lives in the same building, and thus available to help with any problems, although I didn't have any. All in all, it was perfect for me.

This is one of the loveliest long term stays that I have had ever had. This feels like a true home - all of the amenities and appliances that you could need for cooking at home and having a relaxing evening after a day of travels, including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, and multiple sets of dishes. Never had any issues the hot water or water pressure. The wi-fi is incredibly fast and reliable, perfect for video calls for work and video streaming. The hosts live nearby and were very flexible and responsive when our train was delayed coming into Carcassonne, and they met us at the door and helped us to settle in. They also were very patient and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues (including those that were caused by our cat!) The location is incredible, very close to tourist sites and a nearby park / walking trail. Carrefour is about 15 mins walking, Lidl is a little further (25 mins walking). We'd love to come again!!

Fantastic little apartment, everything we hoped it was! Had everything we needed to kick back and relax between explorations of Toulouse and the rest of our journey.

I had a fantastic stay, a 16th century building with apartments modernised to 2023. I loved the spiral staircase, even though I was on the third floor. I gives a sense of history, how many people have walked those same steps over the centuries in all sorts of situations? The amenities are spot on, as a solo traveller I felt safe and at home in both the apartment building and town. It is so close to everything yet so quiet and relaxing. A true gem of a spot, thank you Edward and Astrid for being fantastic hosts. If I am ever back in Toulouse I will definitely return.

le logement était très propre et très agréable (grand), très bien équipé. Grande terrasse agréable. Michèle a été très réactive aux messages. Les rues pour y accéder sont étroites en voiture mais il y a beaucoup de parkings à proximité.

C’est la 2eme fois que je réserve un logement auprès de Jérôme pour une étape sur ma route. Cela est un plaisir à chaque fois. Le logement est très agréable et Jérôme est un super hôte. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Logement très spacieux et très propre je recommande !

Nous nous sommes rendues, trois collègues et moi-même, chez Catherine dans le cadre d'un déplacement lié à notre travail. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de passer beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement, mais nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et l'espace du logement. Le dernier jour nous avons pris le temps d'admirer la façade de l'immeuble, très belle et élégante. Le soir la rue est animée et joyeuse; la place du Capitole est à deux pas et il est très facile d'arriver à la gare, au métro ou à un arrêt de la navette pour l'aéroport. Merci à Catherine pour sa patience et sa flexibilité, et pour son accueil.

Suite magnifique, nous y avons passé une superbe soirée et nuit. La suite est propre, décorer avec goût. Le plus, l’ensemble de led tamisé qui nous met dans l’ambiance dès passer la porte. Et que dire du jacuzzi qui est spacieux et tellement agréable. Nous reviendrons. Merci Diana et Adrien.

La estància fue fantàstica. Los anfitriones estuvieron siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. El apartamento está como nuevo. Ideal para ir en pareja.

Un séjour plus qu'agréable avec un appartement idéal pour deux personnes dans une résidence et un quartier très tranquille. Le côté balnéo dans l'appartement est juste parfait, je recommande vivement! :)

Logement propre, bien équipé, très bien situé, environnement calme, la balnéo un vrai plus. Hôte très réactif. Je vous recommande d'y séjourner.

Que du 5 étoiles, logement tte propre, très agréable (pas de vue mais ce n’était pas recherché). Facile d’accès, la baignoire balnéothérapie est bien. Au top !

Super séjour ! Hôte réactif et gentil , appartement super bien placé en plein de centre de Toulouse . Par contre prévoir 35 euros de parking pour avoir la voiture à côté 😁

L'entrée se fait par le patio/petite cour, nous avons pu poser nos vélos et profiter du jacuzzi. Conforme à la description.
