The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

What a fantastic apartment!!! Plenty of room for our family of 4. The location was great... Lovely to look out the windows and see the gondeliers going by.. Definitely recommend

Paolo and Frederica were extremely helpful. Upon arrival Frederica greeted us at the train station. She assisted us with purchasing our vaporetto passes and explained the transportation system to us. They answered all our questions including where to find grocery stores so we could prepare our meals at the Airbnb. The Airbnb is spacious, comfortable and very well stocked making any guest’s stay comfortable. We cooked several meals during our stay and enjoyed them on the lovely terrace. The apartment is steps away from the Palanca vaporetto stop and it takes less than 15 minutes on the 4.1 line to get to San Marco Square. The hosts accommodated late checkout and Paolo graciously accompanied us to the vaporetto where he assisted us with transferring our luggage onto the water bus. Thank you Paolo and Fredrica for making our stay a memorable one!

Location is perfect! The apartment has big windows, with bright cheery living room and spotless kitchen. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and they met us at the Pier to walk us to the apartment. They even arranged a water taxi for us from the airport which was very convenient. Family friendly apartment. Will recommend to everyone.

Logement très bien placé, dans un quartier très animé mais à l'écart des nuisances sonores. Il est petit et peu lumineux (mais ça, ça se voit sur les photos!) mais très propres et fonctionnel. Gros plus : il y a, à l'entrée de l'immeuble, un placard qui ferme à clé et dans lequel nous pouvons laisser nos bagages après le check-out.

Totally recommendable for up to 6 people. Most clear host's instructions. Great, walkable area and transport communications. Very easy to find, great transport connections and many restaurants around. Place as described and clean. We had all necessary amenities and services. Just be ready for mosquitos (which can appear despite windows closed) and early morning rubbish disposal (which can be a hurdle on the day of leaving but also if you enjoy long sleep).

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Alessandra’s Appartement, und es war wieder perfekt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants von Raoul, und wir durften sogar früher einchecken! Die Wohnung liegt gut erreichbar fussläufig zum Piazzale Roma, ist sehr ruhig und hat eine kleine, private Terrasse. Auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne von uns, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastico! Cura al dettaglio incredibile, gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni e Marta. La canina super simpatica ha fatto amicizia con il nostro Hope e la zona dietro la superstrada è comunque super silenziosa, tranquilla e veramente molto curata. Il giardino e il parcheggio sono stati quel plus che ci ha fatto scegliere questo alloggio. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Prima sera abbiamo scelto di farci arrivare un delivery, mentre la seconda sera abbiamo preferito cucinare a casa dato la presenza di tutti i comfort proposti dall’appartamento. Davvero ottima esperienza paragonata al prezzo e alla vicinanza dal centro!!!

Wir waren für einWochenende hier. Wir wurden bei der Bootstation abgeholt und in die Unterkunft begleitet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut geheizt. Beim checkout konnten wir freundlicherweise das Gepäck noch etwas länger in der Unterkunft lassen (bis 12 Uhr). Baba empfahl uns gleich gute Restaurants. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Massimo. Hôte accueillant, très arrangeant concernant les heures d arrivée et de depart en fonction de ses disponibilités. Massimo nous a donné d excellents conseils pour faire les courses, manger dans des restaurants authentiques, cuisine maison est pa et loin de la foule. Excellents conseils pour les visites. Documentation laissée à disposition. L appartement est très bien orienté. Le mini balcon a été apprécié. Appartement bien aménagé, literie tres confortable.

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

Это было отличное место для нашего отпуска. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяин очень приветливый. Быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Дает необходимые инструкции, например, как правильно выбрасывать мусор.:) Место находится рядом с прекрасным парком, где есть детская площадка и с центральной улицей Garibaldi, где много кафе и ресторанов, а так же магазинов. Тут же с утра продают свежую рыбу и овощи.🥰 Что касается квартиры. Там было ВСЕ необходимое для комфортной жизни. Нам очень понравилось это место. С радостью вернулись бы снова.🥰🥰🥰

Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour: L'appartement est spacieux et agréable, Cristiano est très sympathique, accueillant et plein de bons conseils, n'hésitez pas !

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Halli Hallo, im Winter Sehr ruhige Lage, im Sommer kann ich mir vorstellen super Gegend, nicht Weit von Strand. Venedig in 30 Minuten mit dem Vaporetto erreichbar, schöne Strecke zum fotografieren 😊. Unterkunft voll ausgestattet mit alles was man brauchen kann ( Küchen Utensilien, Bad, extra Decken) etc. Angenehme und schnelle schriftliche Kontakt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden werden es weiter empfehlen. ☺️👍

Die Wohnung war sauber, Familie Filippo (Sohn und Mutter) ist äußerst freundlich und nett. Wir haben die tolle Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und können sie sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questa struttura! La casa era impeccabile, pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio. Il nostro host è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, rendendo l’intero soggiorno ancora più piacevole. I servizi extra offerti sono stati un vero plus che ha arricchito la nostra esperienza. Sarebbe stato bello avere anche la piscina esterna, ma purtroppo, il periodo estivo è partito un po’ in ritardo, quindi la piscina non era ancora disponibile a marzo. Inoltre, a pochi passi dalla casa c’è una enoteca super organizzata, con una vasta scelta di cocktail e ottimi piatti. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi relax lontano dal caos.
