The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

Claudia’s place looked exactly like the photos. It is clean, and fun to be right on the canal—We had fun waving to the boats passing by from the windows. I stayed with my 6YO daughter who now wants to live in Claudia’s apt because she loved it so much. 😊 it was the perfect space for us. I appreciates the quiet location so we could sleep well. Claudia responded very quickly to every question and request that I had. It made our trip so much easier because I had her information very quickly. I highly recommend staying in her place and look forward to a future visit.

Absolutely loved our stay in Giovanna’s place. What a lovely place and Giovanna was so warm and friendly. The house is so cosy and beautiful - we felt so warm. There is so much history and beauty throughout Venice and this house is one of the quieter what very easily walkable neighbourhood. Absolutely charming!

Beautifully designed apartment. Great neighbourhood with lots of local options to eat. Local and quiet but easy to get to central on the vaporetto. Easy transfer to the airport by boat with a few mins walk. Catherine and her neighbour Beatrice were very helpful.

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is spacious and offers a nice balcony with a view onto the laguna. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a fantastic apartment and beautiful spot that this was a return trip. Olivier the owner - and his friend Alessanrdro who met us for check-in, were wonderful hosts. The corner apartment, with aspect onto the canal and to the Arsenale square is simply hard to beat. Impeccably renovated and a pure delight to relax in when taking a break from walking the streets of Venice. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie gereist, aber dank drei getrennt begehbarer Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder hat jeder genug Privatsphäre. Die Aussicht auf Park und Lagune ist herrlich und die Lage ein Traum! Man ist nah genug an den Sehenswürdigkeiten dran und kann dennoch dem Trubel entkommen. Vaporetto Station ebenfalls sehr nah, sowie gute Lokale, Supermarkt, Apotheke… alles da! Wunderbar!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

We really loved Chiara’s place! Our flight was delayed over 5 hours and Chiara kept in touch with us to make sure we arrived alright. Even in the dark, it was not too difficult to find and the location was perfect! Just enough out of the way to not be crowded, but close enough to everything we needed. We especially loved having our own private ensuite bathrooms.

Great flat in a great neighborhood more locals than tourists which we really enjoyed! We walked everywhere. The flat has great windows and great views. Only quirk is the shower its tiny but other then that it’s a great place to stay in Venice, would stay again! Thanks for everything G!

The apartament is spacious, we are a family of four and managed to stay and sleep comfortably. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, communication was fast and easy. The apartment was clean and functional, hosts were kind and greeted us with snacks. We had a great stay, recommended!!

The location is very convenient to explore Venice. Easy access to water bus. Good restaurants arount. Peaceful with street lights at night.

A deux pas du pont de Rialto, vue sur les toits de Venise et sur un bout du Grand canal, à la fois central et à la fois calme, cet appartement a un bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci à Elena pour la recommandation de restaurant de poisson à 2 pas de l'appartement, il est excellent! Elena est une personne accueillante, elle aime Venezia et nous a transmis l'amour pour cette ville. Nous revenons!

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Monica’s place was a dream stay! The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great. A short walk to Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Monica was super responsive and helpful, promptly answered all our questions and requests and even booked water taxis for us to get to the apartment when we arrived and to the train station when we left. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about our stay. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish! Loved staying away from the crowds, peaceful neighborhoods. Have a boat terrace made some of our tour pick up a breeze! Would highly recommend of staying in Venice! Pietro was also so helpful in arranging taxis for us, made everything so simple!
