Chesterdale

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

It's Bonza! Mill About Vineyard, Barossa Valley SA

Unwind in this delightful, inclusive & accessible studio on a hobby farm in the Barossa Valley, close to the Adelaide Hills, historic Gawler, 40min from the beach. Drawing on Barossa heritage, it showcases reclaimed corrugated iron walls & roof. Warm yet roomy & comfy: queen bed, kitchenette, aircon+ceiling fan. Breakfast supplies. Wheelchair ramp, wide doors. Views of vineyard, nature, garden. Picnic spot, bush trails, wineries nearby. LGBTQ+ welcoming. Perfect for romance or a quiet break.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Terra Firma - Explorers' Cabin

Explore — to traverse an area for the purpose of discovery (e.g. exploring the valley in search of exceptional wine) 🍷 Tucked among the vineyards, the Explorers’ Cabin is the newest addition to Terrafirma - a warm, timber retreat designed for couples who want to slow down. Inspired by the spirit of exploration, the cabin features maps and a telescope for star-gazing. It’s a place to rest, look outward over the vines, and feel both immersed in nature and effortlessly close to town.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.

Manna vale farm

Welcome to Manna Vale Farm, a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just a scenic 40-minute drive from Adelaide. Located within 6 kilometers of Woodside and minutes away from renowned wineries and restaurants such as Bird in Hand, Barristers Block, Petaluma, and Lobethal Road. Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.

Come and visit the Adelaide Hills and stay in a cosy, fully renovated 1969 vintage caravan with all the amenities you could want, nestled deep in the glorious Sturt Valley. You'll be surrounded by wildlife on a working permaculture-focussed farm, on the banks of the Sturt River away from the noise of the city and in one of the states premier wine producing regions. Not to mention, a great little isolated spot to keep your distance from the world outside for a few days.

Families will love meeting the miniature goats, donkey, sheep, chooks and friendly resident dogs. Relax under the vines or by the fire, with complimentary doggy daycare available if your dog has joined you on your adventures!

Originally built as one of the first buildings of the small township of Dawesley - it served as the office to an Old Copper smelter. Rich with culture and history it is now a quiet retreat for you to recharge your batteries. Only a 20 Minute drive to Hahndorf & Woodside it has endless opportunities for beautiful lunches and lazy afternoons.
