The house has everything you need, from heat and A/c, strong wifi, TV with streaming (sign in to Netflix, HBO, etc), full working kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave), shower and bathroom. This tiny house has an incredible amount of light coming in from the very large windows throughout. Outdoor amenities include wood patio, propane bbq grill, dining table/chairs, fire pit. This beautifully-designed luxury suite sits atop a barn home to Icelandic horses & miniature donkeys, & features an outdoor hot tub, red light therapy, gourmet kitchen, & wrap-around decks. 1 mile to Beacon's Main St, 2 miles to Metro North train station & DIA: Beacon. We can host a max of 2 guests & have some dangerous features for kids so guests should be adults only.

Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

Our little cabin is perfect for one or two guests for short stays while visiting local family, touring the areas wineries or nature trails, or for a clean, quiet over night stop while traveling long distances. Explore the Shawangunk Wine Trail, hike Minnewaska, sip cider at Angry Orchard, visit The Walkway Over the Hudson, or sample and shop the areas diverse farm stands and breweries. There is so much to see and do in the Hudson Valley and our cabin is close to it all!
