The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

A beautiful and peaceful spot on Dartmoor, secured spacious garden. Gorgeous walks at the door. This private cottage also boasts spacious rooms, open fire (winter) 3 double bedrooms, dining area and 2 bathrooms. A cosy cottage with a gym, full sized snooker table, air hockey, table tennis table at no extra cost.
