The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Our beautiful cottage for adults only is set on a private spring fed pond with all amenities to unwind from the day-to-day hustle. A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Peaceful, Lakefront Cottage

Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.

This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. The cabin sits on 5 acres of land and has so much privacy. We are 15 miles from "Pretty Place Chapel" and there are 3 state parks within 10 miles that include hundreds of waterfalls and trails. The cabin is surrounded by so many outdoor activities to take advantage of! If you like camping, this is camping with a flare. Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. You'll see his photo as you enter. This well kept tiny home has a private bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat?
