Lovely Annexe - dog friendly

Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

Sandy Lane Cottage 'The Annexe'

A peaceful 1 double bedroom en suite annexe (attached to house but seperated by a locked door) within the South Downs National ParK. A short drive takes you to Goodwood, Arundel, miles of South Downs Way walking and various beaches. We offer a self catering kitchenette with light airy living space. Great for walkers, weddings, bikers and for the various Goodwood events (private drive with or garage parking). Very child friendly. Also Qual Sports/remedial massage therapist on site book with Fi.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The Annex at Westerlands Farm (Sleeps 6)

This self-contained, private annex has a separate entrance and is attached to our family home. It is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is to be found at the end of a one mile drive in Westerlands. Surrounded by trees and paddocks, The Annex is peaceful, and a perfect holiday location for families and friends. Dog friendly. PERFECT FOR STARGAZING, RUNNING, HIKING, HORSE RIDING, and CYCLING. Also available on site: Massage, Yoga, Reiki, Reflexology, and Horsebox Café

Studio Apartment

Light and airy large double room with high ceilings, double bed, fresh cotton bed linen and en suite shower and toilet. Private side entrance in lovely residential area. Local cafes, shops, buses and station 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes to the South Downs, 20 minutes walk to central Brighton and beach. frequent buses nearby to the SouthDowns and surrounding villages, beach and town centre. Taxis to towncentre cost around £10. PARKING VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE IF RESERVED IN ADVANCE £5 PER DAY.

Private entrance for total independence and privacy. Free on-site parking — rare in Brighton & Hove. Just 3 mins to Portslade Station for easy Brighton, Gatwick & London access. Main bus route and a beach cycle path is close by to Brighton centre, 5 mins to the seafront. Close to the South Downs. Quiet residential setting ideal for visiting family, mature couples, small families and solo travellers with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor space for bike/paddleboard storage.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in a converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.
