Welcome to The Cozy Corner. This space has been freshly renovated by my husband and me. We enjoy working on projects and have done everything we can to make this space somewhere we would enjoy spending time ourselves. While the inside is brand new we are still working to update the outside between guests. The Cozy Corner is near downtown Mishawaka and a short drive from everything South Bend and the Michiana area has to offer. It will be decorated for the season. Stay with us and celebrate life

Wonderful location near Holland, Grand Rapids, and Saugatuck. Free onsite parking for one vehicle (nearby public carpool lot also), WiFi, private entrance and space. Nearby trails and parks to explore, museums, restaurants, shopping and beaches all within 20-30 min. drive from our home. Full kitchen (pans, dishes, oven/stove, fridge, coffee/tea bar) and living area, two bedrooms with queen size beds, futon, bathroom, and a separate private entrance for you (lower level- one flight of steps).

This Historic District upstairs apartment is in the heart of downtown Niles. The 19-mile IN+MI River Valley Trail passes 2 blocks west along the St. Joseph River. Within 4 blocks are Wonderland Theatre, restaurants, 2 antique malls, 4 gyms, Veni's chocolates, Swirley's frozen yogurt, retail shops and an outdoor summer concert bandshell. The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Come stay in our private-access, BASEMENT apartment, while you visit our town of Shipshewana. Our home sits in the middle of 7 acres of woods. We love it here, and we hope you do too!
