Directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking distance to South Kingstown Beach, East Matunuck Beach, Potter Pond and Deep hole a popular surfing and fishing area. For eats - The Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Pizza, an Ice cream shop The Vanilla Bean and Seaview Market Place all within walking distance. Carpenter's farm a bit further, walking distance for some others may choose to drive.
