We had the most peaceful weekend in Flower Barn. What a stunning place! The photos really don’t do this beautiful cottage justice. The hot tub was perfect, the bed so comfy and huge! And the bath was an extra treat. The welcome basket was a lovely touch too. You will not be disappointed- it’s sad to leave!!

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We loved our stay at Miranda’s place! It was clean, the views were stunning & she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thankful for this wonderful spot for some time with family!

Such a beautiful location in the middle of Dartmoor, so peaceful. The barn is beautifully renovated and has all you need. Very nice touch from Daniel to leave milk and butter for us . We had fabulous weather all weekend and looking at the incredible stars in the hot tub was definitely a highlight ! Garden was perfect for our 2 dogs .Can’t recommend this place enough

We had the most wonderful stay at Apple Barn! Alan and Davina are incredible hosts. The welcome tray is a lovely touch especially Davina’s delicious lemon cake. We loved the hot tub and the home itself is so comfortable, clean, well-decorated and contains anything you could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

A lovely hidden gem tucked away in beautiful countryside. We went for a relaxing weekend to chill out and were not disappointed. It's often difficult to find somewhere that accepts four Dalmatians but Sally was extremely dog friendly and we felt very relaxed. The place is in a beautiful setting with attractive fishing lakes to walk around. The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. Nearby Swanacott woods was a ten minute drive away and a great place for the dogs to let off steam. They needed to do this as the free range chickens did tease them a little but luckily none of them ended up in the pot!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Lovely accomodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed walks around the farm and we were joined by one of the hosts dogs a couple of times which we loved. We even managed to see an otter down at the river on our first night! Bird and hedgehog watching from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly… bliss.

We had a lovely stay in the cottage! Really cosy with a super comfy bed and great shower, the kitchen was really well equipped. We loved Cawsand and Kingsand, so beautiful! It was great to be so close to beaches and stunning walks.

We loved our stay! Beautiful cottage that was superbly clean, lovely location with plenty to do nearby (within 20mins or so drive, plus greatwalks and pubs on the doorstep). We bumped into the hosts a couple of times and they were really friendly. Normally as a family we like to stay in diffeent properties when we head away but we are already exploring dates to return here in the Summer.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was excellent! The cottage was lovely, with super views across to the Hoe. Some very good places to eat and drink nearby, and lots of place to walk. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return again very soon.

Lovely home from home, a short walk down the steps to the centre of Dawlish and its beautiful stream. House was exactly as described, we all slept well in comfortable beds and it had a well equipped kitchen. We exchanged messaged before and during our stay, quick and helpful responses always received.

Lovely cottage with a real home from home feel. So close to the harbour, but still hidden away and cozy. Fiona and Andy left some lovely treats for us to enjoy. And we sure did. My worries about steep steps for my 80 year old mother inside the house were unfounded. And by the end she was even able to bound up the outside steps to the cottage. My only concern was (as a software developer taking working breaks away) regarding the internet being a little temperamental, but Fiona was quick to respond to say she’d not heard of troubles previously and that she’d remedy! I’d definitely stay again given the chance, and that goes double for the octogenarian.

Perfect location. The cottage is spacious and excellently appointed, it has every thing you need, it's a home from. Christina and her partner are very friendly, responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay her again.

What a gem of a find!..pristine little cottage. Perfect for 2 for a few nights. We know the area well and were visiting for a friends milestone birthday at The Jack in The Green, which we highly recommend also. Great food and service. The cottage is exactly as described with everything needed for a few nights. A very comfortable bed too. Often we have stayed at places that look like they have been furnished with items that have seen far better days…not 2 Pithayes..thought and effort has obviously gone into the soft furnishings and decor, which makes a huge difference. Would without doubt return here to 2 Pithayes for our next visit to Whimple. 10/10. Thanks Jenni!..your hosting is gold star.

Lovely accommodation, very peaceful and situated in easy reach of many beautiful places. We especially liked Dartmouth. The pub which was a 5 minute walk served excellent food and the nearby petrol station had a good size store.

Trev's and Sarah's cottage is perfect for relaxing. Idyllic setting with everything that you need - cozy cottage with comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, a lovely garden and convenient parking. Visited Looe, Polperro, Boscastle, Tintagel and Dartmoor - all within 30 minute to an hour from the cottage. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Thank you for such a lovely stay xx

Great cottage for our family to base out of to explore Dartmouth and the surrounds. Our 3 year old was very impressed and said he had 'the fanciest room with the TV, bunk bed and cool lamps'. Lovely to sit out back in the sun with a cider also. Walking distance to the car park with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

Three of us stayed for three nights for the Bicton horse trials with our dog and it was a perfect venue. A very lovely and comfortable cottage with lovely walks nearby.

My son & I had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Very comfortable and cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen, beds that made for a restful nights sleep, sizeable bathroom with a good shower and plenty of outdoor space. Ideally placed for exploring Plymouth, and wider afield in Cornwall and Devon.. Jane is a great host, very quick to respond and would have no hesitation coming back for another stay.

Lovely cottage within a short walk from the harbour..Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.Veronica's welcome pack was very helpful. We would definitely book again in the future.

My wife & I stayed here with our dog over a bank holiday weekend. It’s a lovely little cottage right in the heart of Topsham - very comfortable & well furnished. We found plenty to do without having to go further afield as well as plenty of pub and restaurant options in the town for the evenings. Hazel is a marvellous host - very responsive while there was plenty of handy local information in the house.

We had an amazing few days in Plymouth staying at David’s place. The cottage was spotless and very cosy, with a great location. The views were stunning and we would definitely book again. David was a great host, very responsive, friendly and helpful ;)
