Relax & take in the surroundings from the large hot tub and patios and enjoy the child friendly gardens, toys and flower meadows. Inside there is a large vaulted living room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. 3 en-suite bedrooms, 3 further bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. A further Snug/TV room. Fantastic views over the Chilterns & lovely walks and pubs on the doorstep.

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
