Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. Ocean Beach Lux Retreat Back from Remodel

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
