Our stay at Kayla’s place was the best vaca we could have asked for! So convenient to Siesta Beach, many shops and restaurants! The house itself was so spacious with comfy beds and all the amenities needed for the perfect stay. It was all around a great vacation for our family. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

This was our third time at Shorewalk, but our first time at Hannah & Helens’. The condo was in a great position and had easy access from the road. We also had family and friends staying at Shorewalk in several condos and they called ours the penthouse suite as they were so impressed with it. There was even beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards , wheeled coolers and beach towels. We had a small problem with a faulty faucet in one of the bathrooms, and it was quickly resolved and a replacement one fitted by a very pleasant handyman. The owner even personally called the condo to let us know the plan of action. We would definitely recommend the condo.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. The house provided plenty of room for our family of six adults and two kids. There are several nice features in the home including multiple deck spaces to relax in and a large pool and hot tub. The house was very well equipped and organized. Also, the location was away from traffic noise and advantageously situated on the north end of the Key avoiding the heavy traffic that occurs on the south end. Better advanced communication and more prompt responses to a few issues we discovered upon arrival would have made the experience more enjoyable. In the course of our month long stay we were able to address most of the issues and the host accommodated our concerns. We are planning on staying again next year.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

Marc is the owner of the property, but Dave, the property manager, is the real MVP. I’ve never met the man in person, but I can tell you—Dave isn’t built like the rest. I am a director in sales, (had the fam tag along for my meeting in sarasota) and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. His attention to detail and proactive communication were honestly next level. The morning of our arrival, Dave reached out to let us know the crew had finished cleaning early and offered us an early check-in—which was a huge win with kids who were antsy to get to the beach. Then, without any prompting, he followed up on our departure day to offer a late checkout. We had an early flight and couldn’t take advantage of it, but the offer alone speaks volumes about his thoughtfulness. The place itself had everything: bikes, cornhole, table tennis—and even pool floats that were awesome to use in the ocean, too! It was a perfect little spot to spend quality time with my family. This place was great! We had no problem with check in. Came right over to show us how to use the TV. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for us. Check out was easy too. Will definitely stay here again, if we need a place in Venice.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb. It was near everything, and the drive to the beaches where no longer then 30 minutes. The house was super clean, and accommodated the 8 of us. The pool area was super nice and well kept. The host does have beach equipment (chairs,umbrella, etc) which came in handy since we weren’t able to bring any.

What a great stay for our entire family! We found the location was great - just a short walk/bike ride to Holmes Beach. We got everywhere on the island via golf carts. And really enjoyed the pool back at the house. Kathleen was a great host!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

We loved staying here, this is our second year coming to AMI, first time at this location. The Holmes beach area is lovely and you are never far from the beach, it was less than a 5 minute walk. Having a pool is essential and this one was just perfect. Our unit was just as expected and completely met our needs. We would stay here again and again.

There's nowhere else on Siesta Key we would ever want to stay, the Casa is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer. It's cozy, clean, and spacious. The pool and patio are great, they have plenty of chairs, toys, and umbrellas for the beach, you really won't need anything when you stay here. Cage and Debi are the ultimate hosts., they are right next door and available and responsive for any needs. More than that, they are great folks obviously because they allow pets. :-) We've been coming here since 2018, it's our favorite place away from home.

This was place clean and comfortable I felt right at home. The pool was the added bonus and I enjoyed it! Definitely will rent again when I come back.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and plenty of room for the five of us. Darcy was a great hostess! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely highly recommend!

Spacious home with all the amenities you need, well equipped kitchen. We loved the lanai and had all our meals outside. Green and silent surrounding, nice neighbors. A lot of beautiful beaches within 45min (AMI) or just 15min (Siesta). Good shopping possibilities. We had a great time and will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. Pool was very clean and house was well stocked with towels, laundry supplies, etc. Kitchen had plenty pots and pans. Pool had some floats and some pool noodles. Ample seating outside for everyone. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. Light switches were kind of tricky but we figured it out. Didn't stay long enough to grill but hoping to come back again and try the outside grill.

From reservation to check-out this experience was easy, and delightful

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

We had a great 5-day stay with our family. The house was clean, well-equipped, and just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. Perfect location, peaceful area, and great for families. Highly recommended!
