If you've been to Dahab before, you know that all places feel a bit icky because everything is old, used, and as cheap as possible. Here, you'll sleep in new expensive Egyptian cotton sheets (600 thread count), eat from new plates, etc. Peaceful sleep guaranteed thanks to no dogs, schools, or cafes in the street (very rare, no rubbish either!).
