The Shepherd’s Hut, Bath

In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. It is fully equipped with: Double bed TV Underfloor heating Bose bluetooth speaker Free WiFi Toilet and shower room with shampoo and shower gel Microwave Single hob Toaster & kettle Iron and ironing board Coffee & tea Breakfast cereals, our own free range eggs, bread, butter, jams and juices

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Cozy, Historic Miners Cottage, close to Bath

Peaceful and recently renovated cottage 1.7 miles from the centre of Bath. Enjoy a relaxing, home from home stay in this delightful 2 double and 1 single bedroom cottage on the boarder of Combe Down. With a front garden and rear decked area to enjoy the sunshine, whatever the time of day. Separate kitchen, dining and sitting rooms means there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy some down time after enjoying the wonders of the local area. Off-street parking for 1 car and free on-street.

Our traditional shepherds hut is a luxury space for a thoroughly modern getaway. The ideal place to enjoy a countryside break at any time of the year. It is discretely located in a beautiful rural setting just two miles from the centre of the City of Bath. We are a short walk to local pubs and shops and ideally positioned for walkers and cyclists with safe bike storage available. For those who want to relax you can just sit back and enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the spacious deck.

PLEASE READ: Bath is surrounded by 7 hills, we are lucky enough to live on one so please consider this factor if you have mobility issues.
