We did a friends weekend getaway to Paso Robles, and Steven's place was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The house completely blew us away with its cool architecture, artistic furnishings and stunning 360 views of the surrounding vineyards. We loved how the dome shape emphasized communal spaces making cooking and socializing a breeze. Nothing we wanted to do or see in Paso was more than a short drive away but honestly we could have never left the Dome all weekend and been perfectly happy. Thank you Steven for curating this unique space!

Excellent spot to get away from the crowds, yet so close to the beach and everything lovely about San Diego.

Absolutely stunning property! I spent the whole first day walking around looking at it! The house was very clean and well stocked. Very comfortable seating areas everywhere. We loved our time here.

My friends and I had a great time at this place! Tony was great and communicative when I had questions! If you plan to cook here, remember to bring your extra spices since there is only salt and pepper! Loved the spiral staircase and it was just a great experience! Would definitely recommend and come back!

The only thing that was unclear about the start is where the thermostat was, but the owner was very responsive and made everything easy. Was a fun house to stay in. Might like to do it again!

Ben’s place was so cute, perfect for the writing weekend I needed! The area is quiet and secluded, perfect if you need a getaway Heads-up- the drive in is a little bumpy as it’s all dirt roads, and some of them are really narrow. I have a city car and would have felt more comfortable driving in with a n off roading vehicle. Hope to stay again soon!

The home was great for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids, one of the kids is less than 2 years old). It had a dedicated play room downstairs which was very very well stocked with board games, sleds, wii games complete with a lot of accessories, and snowball making tools. The backyard was also huge and the kids were able to build an ice mountain, have a snowball fight, and make snow angels without having to leave the property. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots / pans / counter appliances / tea / coffee. The only comment I will make is that the 4th room (the second room on the top floor with a queen bed) is not actually enclosed. There is a wall and a door but the wall stops before it reaches the ceiling. That means that the bedroom is subject to all the noise of everything going on in the living space. It was perfectly fine for us as we put the baby in another room but just something to be mindful of.

We had the best stay! I can’t say enough…our host was friendly, responsive and very willing to accommodate. Such a unique place and very accommodating. Everything was spotless and they thought of everything. There is so much to do on the water front and the jacuzzi was an amazing plus. We loved it and definitely will be back.

Beautiful and stunning scenery. Incredible mountain views. The hammock along with all the little touches made this place so relaxing and special. A lot easier to find than described. Romantic and adventurous. Outdoor bathroom was a little rough but clean and provided essentials. Really clean inside the dome. Furnace provided plenty of warmth. Great hiking all around the dome. Would love to go back!

This was an amazing trip. 4 adults and 3 kids. We were going to go to the lake and fish but not only was it freezing there and I was not prepared for this weather. The 2nd day, it started raining and snowing and we weren’t allowed to leave the area without a snow chain. We only saw some rain in the forecast. We didn’t think it was going to be this bad. You would think being stuck in a house for 4 days would make us stir crazy. NOPE. We had SO much fun. The house was clean, beautiful, and had everything. Every part of the house was amazing and unique. Just like the pictures. If we weren’t eating, we were relaxing. The kids went on scavenger hunts in the back. Played foosball downstairs. Played hide n seek. We bbq-ed in the snow/rain. We made deformed snowmen cause it was part slush. We saw squirrels and caught beetles. We hiked the entire house in the rain. My son cried when we were leaving cause he couldn’t understand why we came to the “turtle house” just to leave the “turtle house”

Really enjoyed our stay in this cute little dome. Surroundings are beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the natural surrounding of the area was very serene and comforting. Definitely a great option in this area if you’re looking for something different than staying in a basic hotel. There’s also many citrus trees in the area and we picked some fresh oranges and lemons as well as a couple grapefruit and really enjoyed them. Well managed and very clean thank you very much. Really enjoyed it.

Hands down the best airbnb experience I have ever had. The place was extremely clean and neat and exactly as described in the description and photos. Sibyl was extremely friendly and kind. An amazing host that anybody would be lucky to have. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and letting all my friends know that her home is the most peaceful and charming place in all of Topanga. Thank you, Sibyl. You rock!!

The place was delightful, beautiful, romantic, cozy, the view was perfect. words cannot describe how beautiful is this place. I recommend this house a 1000% ♥️💕

We had a wonderful stay at this Joshua Tree glamping site from March 8th to March 9th! The owner was incredibly helpful, giving us a warm welcome and sharing fascinating history about the place, which made our stay even more special. The glamping tent itself was beautifully set up with a lot of thoughtful details that made us feel both comfortable and safe. The sunset and sunrise here was breathtaking. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the space, and it really shows. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a unique and cozy experience in Joshua Tree!

This was a last minute adventure from Palm Springs and it was so worth it. The hosts were easy to contact, had great suggestions for charging stations and restaurants, and even gave us a great little history on the area on arrival. Wonderful fire pit hang out spot to view the stars!!

This was our second trip to the dome home & we loved it just as much, if not more! There was a new kitchen counter and sink which were so lovely and very helpful for cooking & cleanup! As always- love the view from the bathroom!! Our dogs had a great time with all of the hikes, smells and it was very helpful to have the fenced in yard as well! The hammock in the dome was my favorite part this trip so while we’re getting ready for bed, we had a nice relaxing hang sesh! 11/10- and we plan to continue to visit every year!

Splitrock airbnb was one of the best and prettiest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It located in the middle of very rich wildlife. The airbnb provided everything you might need for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away from the city. It was super easy to find. They have clear signs around the property. The camp store has things for you to rent or buy in case you forget anything like firewood, cutlery, etc. We rented e-bikes from them and explored the property. The might sky was clear so we were able to see lots of starts at night. Lots of tents/domes/campsites to choose from. We chose the dome, and it was very spacious and well equipped. Will definitely go back.

Stayed in a unique dome for glamping "Crownview" clean, with great day and night views, and a friendly host. The dome had an individual outdoor sink, but it sometimes ran dry due to shared water lines. There was no bathroom or shower inside the dome. Outside bathroom is provided, but just an old camping bathroom where if you are a female, you would probably walk to the guest check in or the shop for a flushing toilet and a hot shower. A gas stove was provided for cooking, but you’ll need to bring your own pans and pots also a grill for barbecues. A bit lacking in convenience for the price, but overall a pleasant experience.

Russ and Hava's cabin was great i would recommend it to anyone. It's clean has, great views, relaxing and quiet. Don't miss out on this one.
