Skyliners Getaway

Our tiny log cabin is a cozy getaway, close to hiking, mountain biking, and cross country skiing but only 10 miles from the amenities of Bend Oregon. It is a rustic place, with modern touches, like a gas range, refrigerator, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom is detached from the cabin - steps from the door. It is fully equipped with plumbing and a shower. Our place is perfect for people who love the outdoors with the comforts of home. No children under the age of 12 -- And alas, No Pets.

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
