Two story house, garden, access to sea-mountain

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti to village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are available for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house offers accommodation to 6 people. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. It has access to nature beauty through a footpath.

Dainty little house surrounded by old pine trees, shy owls and adorable squirrels in Professors Settlement-Vourvourou. For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula, Calogria beach. The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.
