PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. Set back from the main road so it's peaceful and relaxed A dedicated entrance ensures you can come and go as you please. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

The Ivory Annex is a modern self contained mini bungalow within walking distance of Kingswood High Street, St George's Park, and 3 miles from the centre of Bristol. A bus stop within yards of the Annex provides good transport links to Bristol Temple Meads Station, Cabot Circus, other Bristol attractions, and to the city of Bath. Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

The Snug is the perfect place for short stays if you like a private space instead of a hotel. You'll have everything you need, all in one cosy place. Our self checkin is quick & easy. Your own private entrance & driveway. Your own outside deck area. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.

A creative and airy self contained annex in the popular neighbourhood of Fishponds in East Bristol. The annex contains a bedroom with double bed, a living area, kitchen and dining area with separate personal bathroom. The dining table is a small two seater table which could double as a work space. The house is a 15 minutes walk to lively Fishponds road with plenty of choices of restaurant, cafes and pubs.

Secluded garden cabin

Gorgeous self contained garden cabin . With own kitchenette and bathroom .Queen bed and small double sofa bed sleeps up to 4. May be a squeeze for 4 adults . If you don’t mind being cosy . Separate entrance from main house and free street parking. 15 minute drive into town centre . Good bus routes. Quiet and tranquil. Can see main house from the cabin but it’s not imposing .

Make yourself at home in this stylish and peaceful space. In a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Great connections to the city centre and the fabulous night life of Bristol. Near the river and great parks for walks and greenery. Some excellent local spots, including fantastic cafes, restaurants and pubs. Please note I do not accept guests without reviews. Apologies!
