It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Grocery store is around the corner. 3 km to Lake Bled (reachable by car, walking ca 40 min. > back is uphill), walking distance to Vintgar gorge (ca 15 min), Pokljuka gorge and crystal clear Radovna river. We will be happy to advise you about excursions (sightseeing, hiking, biking, ...).

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.
