Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Tamarack Lane Cabins ~ Carpenter Cabin

This cozy 640 sq. ft red log cabin is tucked up in the woods. The bedroom has queen bed. A 200 sq. ft loft has a queen and 2 twins, accessed by ladder (see pic). Full kitchen & BBQ (electric). 3/4 bath (shower). 32" Flat screen, Blu-ray, stereo. Romantic gas fireplace. Limited WiFi & cell coverage, come unwind, relax & recharge. Covered deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have large people-friendly dogs, so no pets allowed. In winter, 4WD vehicle or chains strongly advised.

Only 25 minutes by car to 49 North Mountain Resort with hiking, hunting, cycling, snowshoeing, bird watching, and mountain biking in between. Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Our Loft can sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

This home is conveniently located 7 minutes from Downtown Spokane and short walking distance to multiple Garland District restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, movie theater and more. 7 minutes to the Podium! There is also a beautifully updated kitchen with new appliances and cooking utensils, if you prefer to do some in house cooking. Take full advantage of the back yard or nearby park, too! Free on-site parking.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Come enjoy a stay in this newly renovated private suite on our 20 acre farm. Private setting just minutes to town! The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Brand new 900 square feet, 1 bedroom with loft, shop/house with beautiful views overlooking Lake Roosvelt. Shop/House has 1 bedroom (upstairs) and loft space (upstairs), with pull out memory foam mattress. One full bath, located on main floor, with sauna. Cozy home, giving the feel of the outdoors with the comfort of home. (Please note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)

Studio On the Fairway: Chewelah Golf Course

Adorable and stylish little studio on the 14th fairway at the Chewelah Golf Course and Country Club. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.
