We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Bel appartement qui correspond aux photos et descriptions. Nous étions un couple et y avons passé 3 nuits. Immeuble tranquille, mobilier confortable sur la terrasse qui est très intime grâce aux auvents de côté. L’appartement a été rénové et offre tout le nécessaire. 10-12 minutes de marche pour aller aux bains avec eau chaude. À quelques pas des restaurants et bars mais sans le bruit. Vue superbe. Ascenseur. Plus cher qu’un hôtel mais la qualité en vaut la peine.

Very clean house, easy to fund and exactly as shown in the pictures There was always hot water, free coffee and wifi. Both bedrooms were comfortable

Η πραγματικότητα ξεπέρασε τις φωτογραφίες που είδαμε. Ένα πραγματικό στολίδι το σπίτι της κας Anneli. Πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η κα Anneli φιλική, εξυπηρετική, προνοητική μας πρόσφερε απλόχερα τη φιλοξενία της στο υπέροχο σπίτι της και περάσαμε ένα εξαιρετικό τριήμερο. Σας ευχαριστούμε κα Anneli, θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

Villa Ohlive is tucked away high up on the island. The drive up can be a bit nervy but the view when you get there is incredible. If you have kids that want to party in the old town and catch a taxi back just a reminder it’s around 50euro per trip. The villa is a piece of heaven to escape from the heat and hustle and bustle after a day of sight seeing.

On arrival Dimitrios's father in-law welcomed us to paradise and he was right. The views and proximity to the beach were outstanding. The location was peaceful and calm. The views, and especially sunsets, are sublime. A very 'Greek' restaurant in the village was a short walk away but we generally felt reluctant to travel beyond the flat and beach. This must be one of the dreamiest locations. Nature has gifted Dimitrios generously! The flat itself is comfortable and well equipped. The kittens were an added pleasure.

We had a wonderful few days here. Sherren has been a very responsive host before and during our stay; meeting us at the ferry port and then giving us helpful ideas for our stay. The apartment is modern but also sympathetic to the Greek culture. The double terrace is very special and we enjoyed some relaxing on the sunloungers on the top terrace for 1st few days. Unfortunately the weather changed for our last couple of days and had some torrential rain. There isn't anywhere to sit inside if this happens; but this was unusual weather and the apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb. Its just something to be aware of and it certainly has not put us off. We will be coming back. The location is fantastic and takes only a few minutes to walk down to the town. Also recommend the Mama Mia bus trip organised by Dolphin. Good value and also informative about Skopelos in general as well as the film stuff.

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

Beautiful apartment at excellent location. I stayed with my family and really enjoyed privacy and proximity to the beach also very close to Skopelos town - few min drive for any supplies. There is an excellent restaurant right above the beach and 5 min walk. Very quiet place with stunning views of the Stafylos beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place on Alonissos! The house was exactly as described – comfortable, well-equipped, and with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Andrea was a great host: welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond. But the real cherry on top was the terrace and the breathtaking view – we spent hours just soaking it all in. Highly recommended!

επιλέξαμε τον συγκεκριμένο χώρο ώστε να φιλοξενήσει την οικογένεια μας λόγω του γάμου μας, και χρειαζόμασταν έναν χώρο για διαμονή 6 ατόμων. ειλικρινά, δεν μπορούμε να βρούμε ούτε ένα ελάχιστο αρνητικό σχόλιο να πούμε. μόνο θετικά. Ο χώρος αρκετά μεγάλος και άνετος με μεγάλο σαλόνι ικανό να υποδεχθεί αρκετά άτομα, με μεγάλο καναπε κ πολυθρόνες αλλά κ τραπέζι με καρέκλες σε έναν ενιαίο ανοιχτό χώρο. Η κουζίνα είχε όλες τις παροχές, φούρνο, ψυγείο, εξοπλισμό (όλα καινουργια) κ τραπέζι κ μπαλκονι για να απλώνουμε ρούχα. τα δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά με πολύ άνετα στρώματα τα κρεβάτια τους.2 μπάνια που ειδικά το ένα ήταν άνετα για 5στερο ξενοδοχείο. υπήρχε τόσο πλυντήριο όσο κ στεγνωτηριο. μεγάλο μπαλκόνι από την πλευρά του σαλονιού με υπέροχο φωτισμό. η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική καθώς ήταν κέντρο κ σε 2 λεπτά ήσουν δίπλα σε όλα. μόνο μπράβο στην κα Μαρία και τον Γιώργο για την ζέστη τους υποδοχή κ ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση. άρτια επικοινωνία οπότε χρειαστηκαμε το οτιδήποτε. άξιζε τα χρήματα που δώσαμε!

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

Je recommande à 100% ce logement, la vue est magnifique et vaut vraiment le coup Yannis était très arrangeant et très sympathique!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto con lavastoviglie in caso di necessità. Bell'attico corrispondente perfettamente alle foto anche se un pò piccolo. Peccato che il bagno avesse poca aerazione a causa solo di una piccola finestrella e che lo scarico della doccia non funzionasse a dovere. Olga, la persona incaricata da Dimitris nel venire ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo, è sempre stata cordiale e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste ed esigenze

LE airbnb où loger à Volos ! En plein centre à 2 minutes à pied de la mer avec une vue magnifique et un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Arrivée en autonomie, Petros vous donne toutes les informations necessaires pour passer un excellent séjour.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο, άρτια εξοπλισμένο, παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις και πολύ καθαρό. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πάντα άμεση, φιλική και αποτελεσματική. Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή διαμονής την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε τον Βόλο.

Martinica is our coming back place for summer vacation with friends and family. Great place to rest, good spot to discover beautiful Pelion. Hospitality of Maria and her mother is exceptional.

Our hosts, Katerina and Gary, were the best. We were right at home from the beginning to the end of our visit to Volos. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and even had lots of treats for us, i.e. fruit, coffee, sweets, etc. but the best treat was finding new friends in Katerina and Gary.
