Feel free to use our outdoor patio space and gas grill (please request permission in advance to ensure space will be available) We will leave you to enjoy your stay but are always available if you need some directions or recommendations. Tree-lined avenues and historic homes give the area a small town feel. Described as a destination for foodies, architecture buffs, and creative types, there is a glut of great restaurants nearby, and easy access to Downtown and the Energy Corridor. Located within 5 minutes of I-610, I-10, & I-45, you can get most places via car in urban Houston within 20 minutes. Use uber or park your vehicle in front of our home (off-street parking available). There is a great hike and bike trail 1 block from our home and the neighborhood is very walkable.

8 miles from Downtown and minutes from city center. . New construction. Kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave. Private entrance separate from residence. King size bed and walk in closet. Very private. Check out is 11 am on the day of departure unless there is no booking for that night I can be flexible. Checkin can be flexible but if it is a weeknight and a guest occupied the property the previous night the earliest availability will be 630 pm so that I can properly clean the unit.
