House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. You’ll love this cabin because of the outdoors and the view of the river. Perfect private getaway. Secluded, yet close to shopping and other venues. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The dining table accommodates 6 and 4 additional seats can be found at the kitchen island. Farm-style bathrooms feature luxury towels and amenities. Dedicated office space located in a sunroom with high-speed internet for the professionals out there. Keypad door entrance allows for a seamless check-in. And, yes, there is a coffee maker!

The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.
