Great location and property. This was our first Airbnb so we didn't really know what to expect but it was exactly as described. The pool and views were amazing with the sound of the ocean was incredible. The beach is a about a 40min walk away with shops closer at about 20mins. There are restaurants that deliver and know the property well so delivery is very quick. Highly recommended!

After a long trip we arrived at this paradise. The house is spotless clean and huge! We could take a dive in the swimmingpool straith away and Gamini (Who is very nice and super helpfull) cooked us a delicious diner. The next morning we found the next surprise, the beautifull beach only meters away. We feit very Lucky that we foundation this beautiful spot. Thanks Yohann and Gamini!

We stayed for a week and loved every minute! The location is perfect, peaceful and private but only a short Tuktuk ride from Ahangama town. It’s not traditional self-catering, so no kitchen access but the wonderful staff are on hand to make you whatever you like, no request too much! We had our own private firework display and the team installed full length mirrors for us when we realised there wasn’t one. Honestly the team are lovely, discreet but always there to help. The villa isn’t in the heart of town, but only 5 mins Tuktuk or 30 min walk, which for us on a family holiday was perfect, quiet in the evenings, but so easy to go to the lively bars and restaurants in town. Lovely peaceful beautiful location by a river. It was like a mini totally private hotel with friendly helpful staff and a cook you can hire who will cook whatever you want. Beautifully, tastefully and interestingly furnished, some gorgeous big books to look through, 2 little boats and you can order a masseur to come to the house at very reasonably prices -it was so relaxing to have an ayuverdic massage by the river. Plus a super pool for a swim any time. It is slightly inland but for us that did not matter at all as we weren't looking for a beach stay. We all enjoyed our far too short stay and will definitely be recommending this villa and booking again next time we are in SL.

Located in Rekawa beach (near Ranna) about 10km from Tangalle, this isolated, oceanfront villa is the perfect getaway - I can't recommend it enough! The pictures do not do this place justice. Hans was responsive and helpful. The house staff were attentive and hospitable and we took advantage of paying for local food and having the staff cook for us during our three night stay - an incredible value based on local restaurant prices (and yummy too!). There is a restaurant closeby if you prefer that. The house is very large; the back yard and pool area spectacular; and the beach access great. You can also have the staff schedule multiple day trips to surrounding areas so this is a great base for exploring the southern coast. Highly recommended!

Priyankara was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Seven-Faces. We loved the inside/outside feel of the villa, and enjoyed spending days sunbathing and enjoying the pool with a spectacular view. It was a short tuktuk ride into Unawatuna where there were lots of lovely restaurants and cafes near the beach, and we ordered in via uber eats for other evenings where there was a lot of choice. Priyankara made a wonderful breakfast in the mornings and it was so smoothly done. The bedrooms were beautiful, with plenty of room inside and we loved the little fridge in each room too. Overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend to anyone who likes to stay a little bit out of the area for a peaceful accomodation.

We had a wonderful stay and a truly enjoyable experience. The place was well-maintained, and the swimming pool was absolutely lovely—clean and perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. A special thanks to Shiranta as well, who was just as helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay! The room was very good—newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well thought-out. The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and their hospitality really stood out. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved Tai’s place. The house is beautiful, and both Tai and all of the staff were extremely accommodating. We had beautiful meals and loved the pool and garden in particular.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic time at this villa! The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch. Chef Sammy’s food was superb! Very accommodating and he catered to our requirement without a hesitation and Thari was so helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience!

Our stay at Wigis villa was wonderful. The villa itself is located in a perfect spot allowing you immediate access to the beach as well as the Main Street with all its cafes, shops and restaurants, on the other side. The villa is a haven of tranquility, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town. Inside, the house is fully equipped and very well kept. The garden was beautiful and our children had many hours of fun in the lovely pool. Lastly what really made it great was the excellent team on hand. The team prepared beautiful breakfasts each day, together with lunch and dinners on request. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back!

This place is beautiful beyond words. The staff here make it the ultimate holiday experience. The food that comes out of the kitchen is delicious both western and local food. This place is simply hospitality done well. We hope to return ❤️

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Nissanka und Dammika empfangen und sie haben uns am ersten Abend verschiedene sehr leckere Currys zubereitet und sind dabei auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen. Die Unterkunft ist unheimlich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Schnitt mit dem offenen Wohnraum inklusive Pool und die verschiedenen Kunstgegenstände machen das Haus sehr individuell und besonders. Super sauber und mit einer tollen Lage, wenn man ein bisschen schlendern und Abends verschiedene Restaurants testen möchte. Wir haben auch das frisch zubereitete Frühstück von Nissanka und Dammika sehr genossen. Toll fanden wir auch die ausführlichen Infos mit Hinweisen zur Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Strände, Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße!

Hello all travelers. If you are looking for well-being, comfort, peace and entertainment literally just a few steps away, don't hesitate and come here. Breakfast with a view of the wild ocean, where you can have a great time and forget all your worries. The villa offers all food at any time, but you can buy food about 50 meters away in the market and leave it to the wonderful host and his team, who will arrange literally everything you ask for. So an ideal choice for a group of friends. It is a little more expensive, but if it can be taken that way because everything here is at prices that are still more than good. If you are planning a trip, the prices are very similar everywhere and here they will arrange any trip you can think of at prices like anywhere else in the area. After a previous stay, we booked the utterly stunning main villa for a family holiday - we were not disappointed! 9 Provinces connected us in a totally authentic way to the heart and soul of Sri Lanka. The historic building is brought to life through the stories told by each room, each design feature, each work of art and every nook. It was amazing to experience a villa where every room was different. Some featured AC, paddy views, and huge luxurious bathtubs opening to lush tropical gardens, complete with magnificent birds, peacocks and squirrels . Verandah-covered walkways connect you to the pool, cooled by ceiling fans with spots for dining, sitting or relaxing on day beds. My sister had the best massage of her life here! We enjoyed on site yoga-based range of motion sessions, breathwork, meditation and aqua aerobics, all while soaking up the estate’s rich spice and plantation history. The owners were perfect hosts sharing excellent tips on local restaurants and hidden gems.

super leuk plekje om even voor jezelf te hebben. Even tijd voor jezelf terwijl je dicht bij het centrum van zowel Weligama als Mirissa zit. Beide zijn met een tuktuk of bus gemakkelijk te bereiken binnen 10 min. Sahan was super vriendelijk en ook zijn vader hielp ons goed naar al onze wensen. Het huis was schoon en sfeervol. De kamers waren ruim, het zwembad was super en werd iedere dag schoongemaakt.

We’ve just come back from an amazing trip to Sri Lanka, and we stayed for 6 nights at Gaya’s wonderful home. We loved it; the location feels remote, but it’s only a 10min walk to the beach/restaurants etc. Every morning I’d wake up and have a coffee on the veranda, overlooking lush greenery, peacocks, cattle - not something you get in everyday life. The staff were very helpful, and the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and is a wonderful option if you’re looking for a self-catering home stay. A big thank you to Gaya for letting us stay, we hope to be back soon!

Ujith and his sister and her husband were great hosts. They responded whenever we needed them and gave us the privacy we needed too. The villa is enormous! it can easily cater for 10 people even though there were only three of us. The pool is well cleaned and the garden is well marinated so it's a pleasure to spend time there. The location is great too. It's a 5 minute taxi ride to the main street which has restaurants, shops and the beach. We walked it a few times too but it is a long walk. The only issue we had was the inconsistency of the cleaner coming to clean the villa which was meant to be 5-6 days per week. But after speaking to Ujith, he sorted it out so she came consistently. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the villa.

We highly recommend this apartment, it is even better than the photos! It is super clean and feels very spacious with comfortable sofas. It feels like such a large space with an upstairs bedroom and the large downstairs bedroom has an en suite. The pool is amazing, 100 % private and so lovely to be able to cool down and chill out. It is walking distance to local shops, markets and the fort. It is worth enquiring if they would consider a 2 night stay. Liaising with Dineru and meeting his Dad was a pleasure. They were so flexible on our departure and we really cannot thank them enough. Do not hesitate to book here, fantastic value.

This is my ideal house, very comfortable and quiet, suitable for multiple friends to stay together for a while. Unfortunately, we only stayed for two days due to time constraints. I will stay longer. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and waited for us until late at night on the day of check-in. I am very grateful. And because we came directly from the airport, we didn't have any cash, thank you for lending us cash.

This awesome villa in Weligama is super close to Mirissa Beach! It’s perfect for two people, with a private pool and just a 5-minute drive to all the hot spots in Mirissa. Kasun, the host, is fantastic, and the breakfast is killer, packed with the freshest and tastiest fruits.

We had a great time at Raki’s place. It was a nice and peaceful villa located at a secluded place. We loved the swimming pool, the privacy and also the cozy rooms. The staff including Isuru were responsive and friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended, specially for group stays.

Lilu Villa was the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Beautiful villa, spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic and peaceful, only the location is a bit remote. Chamila was a great host and helped us from start to end. He helped us get water and medicines when we needed and even helped us get back some clothes we had left at the villa after checkout. Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend staying here.
