Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, with a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

Doesnt get much more private than this! Relax with the whole family at this Adirondack Lakehouse compound that sleeps up to 10 people. Camp Kelly is 1 of 2 lakehouses that are grandfathered in to being built over the water! With only 130 Cabins on the entire lake, you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the Adirondack Park from the front porch! It's almost like having the whole lake to yourself! Cant see another Cabin from the front porch!

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
