Downtown St. Pete with it's new pier, spa beach, waterfront parks, many restaurants and breweries is less than 5 miles away. Sawgrass Park and Weedon Island Nature Preserve (~2 miles) offers great nature trails, kayaking, fishing and birding options. Some of the best beaches in the world are less than 30 minutes away. TIA is 20 mins.

A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
