Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Downstairs cloakroom/W.C. Beamed sitting/dining room with open range fire and Smart TV. Kitchen with breakfast area and French doors to patio overlooking the fields beyond. There is a fully enclosed garden with a south-east facing terrace with table, chairs and a brick barbeque.

A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.
