Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is off a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out really fun! Changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is! Plus ladies love it too! It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s two more double beds.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this central located, sought after area in Modesto! Minutes away from everything & walking distance to many stores. You will have your own private entrance, kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), bathroom & bedroom, all to yourself! Please note that this unit is attached to my families main house. Shop or dine at the many nearby shops and restaurants in Sonora, Jamestown and Columbia, all 7 minutes away. 1 very comfortable Queen size bed, 1 sofa/sleeper queen, Very clean. Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. AC unit is controlled in the main house, not in the casita. Room 1: king size bed with double doors leading to the living room. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-

Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.
