Lots of parking for boats, cars, etc. We are located 2 minutes from Saddlers Creek State Park , 30 minutes to Clemson, 20 minutes to Anderson , 18 minutes to downtown Hartwell, GA. and less than 10 minutes from The Oaks and HUITT Farms wedding venues and 15 minutes to GREEN POND Landing and Portman Marina. Enjoy the peacefulness this home has to offer. There is NO dock access for this home.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Come experience our picturesque lake cabin on 19 secluded acres. This nicely equipped cabin with a king studio room, a kids bunk room, and 1 full bathroom can accommodate up to 4 guests. Come explore the beautiful lake or take a hike on one of the many private hiking trails. We just added a tandem kayak for our guests to explore the lake! Our cabin is remote! Cell phone service is non-existent to spotty but we do have Wi-Fi for our guests to enjoy!

In October 2022 we started the process of bringing this vintage 1969 caboose back to life. Set back in your own private field with rolling hills as well as cows grazing on green grass. The outdoor space showcases a Hot Tub, Waterfall, Wood Fire Pit, Outdoor Shower, and more!

The apartment is located in a secluded peaceful, cove near downtown Hartwell and is in close proximity to hiking and numerous outdoor activities in the hill country of Georgia and South Carolina. Come stay awhile at this adorable little cottage! It is a brand new construction nestled just inside the woods on the edge of our property. It is 432 sq feet and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. It has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and laundry.
