Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. A perfect ski rental, access to the base is so easy. The free bus is acress the street to drop you at the gondola. You are a minute walk from grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, etc. It is a comfortable, stocked home, and children are welcome. Location is a bonus, combined with the comfort of the living space, plus a sizable sunny deck. This is an easy way to have ample parking, leave the car, access all of town, ski, visit hot springs or enjoy this nice home. Mountain views.
