This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

El alojamiento incluye un dormitorio independiente, un salón-cocina con sofá cama y un cuarto de baño. Cada habitación tiene su propia puerta para ofrecerte intimidad y comodidad. Ya sea para una visita corta o para una estancia más larga, nuestras habitaciones son el refugio perfecto del ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad.

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
