High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. The kitchen is sicilian styled, including: fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine. The large bay window gives plenty of light and atmosphere.

Nestled in the historic village of Cockington, Higher Lodge was originally the gardeners cottage and a gate house to Cockington Court. Surrounded by 250 acres of landscaped gardens, woodland walks and only 5 minutes drive from the beach, this romantic hideaway is the perfect place to escape the every day.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
