This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. Welcome to my Annexe. The annexe is completely self contained with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs you have a mini living area with a sleeper couch in front of a TV, a kitchenette and a small desk and chair. Upstairs is a very light 'n airy bedroom with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. Both upstairs and downstairs have separately controlled underfloor heating. Within a mile you have some great takeaway options (Indian, Chinese, Pizza and Fish and Chips.)

We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.
