Enjoy this beautiful lakefront property with fun things to do in any season. Backwoods lodge is perfect for large gatherings as there are two cabins on the property for your use. There is a pontoon boat included in your stay (there is NO public boat launch on this lake)! Backwoods Lodge is your home away from home with activities such as a poker table, pool table, fire pit, paddle board, canoe, volleyball court, corn hole, private lake access, as well as snowmobile trails. Furry friends welcome!

The Stumble Inn motel suite resides in the quaint little town of Stone Lake, WI. Stroll around town to enjoy our local shops, restaurants and parks. A short drive in any direction leads you to one of our many area lakes for your boating and fishing pleasure. Hiking, biking, snowmobile and ATV trails are just outside our door! This private 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin allows guests to enjoy personal space and still gather within the great room. Stay cozy with a gas fireplace or explore the great outdoors. With swimming off your back deck, kayaks to explore the lake, and bonfires there is something for everyone. The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest is a short drive, hosting 1.5 million acres of Wisconsin Northwoods, including the best cross country skiing trails. Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind. Cabin is brand new as of January 2024. Host is 14 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however certain sizes and breeds are allowed by permission only. This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. At 700sq ft, it's intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. We fell in love with Hayward for the same reason so many people do: the lakes, the quiet, the slower pace, and how easy it is to feel connected to nature. The Cabin for Two sits at the end of a private road on a small wilderness lake, surrounded by county forest. Wildlife is part of daily life here. Loons call across the water, swans and other waterfowl pass through, and deer regularly move through the yard. In the warmer months, bears occasionally travel through the area.

The spaces have been significantly updated, designed to retain the cool cabin vibe but adding comfort and convenience with some fun built in. Whatever “cabin” means to you, we’ve got it.

In addition to our peaceful rural setting, we are a short drive from Spooner and Hayward conveniences and close to area lakes for recreational activities.
