Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue. Main Bedroom Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Welcome to my cozy and authentic cottage in Stoneybatter, Dublin. Step back in time and imagine the wallpapers and colors from a century ago. If you prefer a retreat with books, plants, and a wood-burning stove over modern amenities like TV, this is the perfect getaway for you. The space is a work in progress, showcasing its raw beauty with bare walls and bits of old wallpaper. It's warm, welcoming, and has triple-glazed windows for added comfort.

Clean, private and spacious self-contained space, suit couple. About 20 mins walk to O'Connell Street. Fully fitted bathroom, kitchen/living room, separate double bedroom. Near shops, pubs, and public transport. Suit quiet, non-smoking couple. Very good public transport, including the newly extended tram. You can get a tram just a few minutes walk away from the flat and it's only 4 stops into O'Connell Street! There are also buses nearby.

The coolest neighborhood in Dublin Stoneybatter is within 2 mins walk, where there are choices of bars and restaurants. City centre is within 30 mins by foot, and there are bus stops right out side of the studio. Luas stops is within 10 mins walk.
