The studio is a attached to a large house and guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens and swimming pool when not in use by our family. It sleeps 4 (1 double and 1 sofa bed in the same room). Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

Doe Bank, Great Washbourne

Our guest house is set in it's own garden on our family farm, with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a sitting/living room. There is a small kitchenette in the main living area, with fridge, oven, hobs, and sink. This allows guests to make their own light meals and hot drinks. Guest have use of a patio with seating, outside fire and hot tub. The pool is available 9am- 5pm August until 8th September.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.
