Ben Wyvis can be seen from the croft, a striking Munro offering popular walking routes and panoramic Highland views, with access just a short drive away. The Victorian village of Strathpeffer is nearby, offering great places to eat, local produce & freshly roasted coffee.

Little Getaway - Cosy Cabin with Sauna

Little Getaway is a very private luxury cabin on the NC500 that sleeps 2 (super king bed or twin beds) With a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, coffee pods and a selection of teas and cows milk. The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.
