Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Es bietet ein hochwertiges Doppel-Boxspringbett, Schrank, Tisch und Stuhl, "hospitality tray", einen Flachbild-Fernseher und natürlich Highspeed-WLan sowie ein modernes, eigenes kleines Bad. Unweit der Unterkunft gibt es einen guten Bäcker, mehrere Cafés, einen Bio-Laden und gute Restaurants sowie nette kleine Läden.

Ubicación excelente, calle sin salida con un parque, vistas verdes. Muy buenas conexiones de transporte público, 30 minutos al aeropuerto/centro de exposiciones, 5 minutos a la estación principal. Se puede llegar al centro/Schlossplatz en 10 minutos a pie. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas en las inmediaciones.

Der Balkon in Südlage mit Strandkorb lädt mit Blick über die Stadt zu einem Sonnenbad ein. Doppelbetten (180x200, 160x200). Die Wohnung verfügt über eine steile Treppe und ist daher für Kinder unter 6 Jahren ungeeignet.

Unsere kleine (35m2) aber gemütliche und helle Wohnung liegt in einer zentrumsnahen Wohngegend in Stuttgart-Ost im vierten Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer, eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung. Wir möchten, dass ihr euch wohlfühlt und freuen uns auf eure Buchung!

The apartment is the ideal starting point to discover Stuttgart. Anything you need is just around the block: train and bus stations, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

Sonnige Altbauwohnung im Stuttgarter Westen

Unsere Wohnung liegt im Westen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den Stuttgarter Talkessel. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus/Bahn in 10-15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Kräherwald, der zum Joggen oder spazieren gehen einlädt.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.

The apartment is centrally located, in the urban Stuttgart-West. Our historic apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a early 20th-century Gründerzeit house. It is furnished in modern retro charms of the 60s and 70s. From the farmers market to the in-bar, everything is right around the corner, including public transport. Feel at home here!
